For nearly 15 years, Joel has been involved in PA system operation and management. He discovered early on his love for the technical aspect of troubleshooting and setting up audio systems; this paired well with his enjoyment for the musical side of mixing live artists. Joel's attention to detail is evident as he always strives to improve anything he is a part of. For Joel, a new challenge provides an opportunity to create a better result, rather than to recycle an old solution. Joel has provided live sound reinforcement for many bands including both local and national artists.

Luke has been interested and involved in performing arts for over 15 years. His passion for music led him to study at the University of Canterbury where he achieved his Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in Digital Music and Recording Technology. He has also completed his Graduate Diploma in Teaching. Luke's experience as a band leader and lead vocalist for close to a decade combined with the knowledge gained from his studies and working for Southern Audio allows him to understand audio production from both camps; as a musician and as a technician.
